This was our second stay at the house, and as was the case last year, it was perfect, even with 9 of us staying there was plenty of room for everyone, very comfortable with nothing to fault.
The pool helped us cool off everyday from the August heat and we made use of the fishing rods, bikes and kayaks.  We all agreed this vacation surpassed last years, we had an amazing 2 weeks and we all hope to get back again sometime in the future.

The home was amazing and exactly as stated in the description and photos. We felt right at home upon arrival with a few gifts and a sweet note from the owners. Mike was responsive and wonderful...as was the property manager, Tom, who was extremely helpful with local suggestions!!
We loved sitting on the outside tiki deck and the pool lanai...my kids enjoyed kayaking and fishing, and riding bikes in the evenings into town. Cooking in the beautiful kitchen or grill area was so nice after a beach day, and board games (especially MarcoIslandOpoly!) and watching movies while swimming at night was just perfect. We even got to see dolphins and a manatee in our canal!
Overall an amazing and relaxing trip!! We love Marco Island, and this home was the perfect place to enjoy the island!

Loved this rental!
Everything about this home is perfect! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for cooking all your favorite meals and there is a grill outside on the deck also! The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the deck by the water with the tiki hut was our favorite part! Many hot days are easily enjoyed outside under the shade of the tiki hut. Also coffee in the morning. This was one of the best features of the home. Communication with the property manager and owner were excellent and all questions I had were answered very quickly. I would definitely recommend this property to others, especially families. The master is on one side of the house. The other side of the house has two bedrooms with a connecting bathroom and up the stairs are another two bedrooms with a connecting bathroom plenty of room and space provided!

This was a great house for our group of 9! The large kitchen is awesome as we cooked quite a few meals during our stay. There are also great local restaurants. They were very responsive to all of my questions and flexible about check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible vacation in paradise
This is a wonderful house with a warm atmosphere in a beautiful neighbourhood and gorgeous location. Just to live in this house was a dream vacation for us. In addition: it is located in a wonderful area, beautiful neighbourhood. Here are all facilities which one needs for a dream vacation. The communication with the owner was perfect as well as the communication with the manager. There is not one point which could be criticized.

The place is beautiful. Great setting. A little further from things but that was more us not being totally aware of the area. Kitchen was well stocked and great for cooking large meals. Well equipped with games and the best table for playing games! Lots of amenities if going to the beach - chairs, wagon, cooler etc. Tom, the property manger took great care of us and answered any questions we had. Overall a great trip!

The house was awesome and close to town. Spacious and such a peaceful setting. It’s like we were the only ones there! Mike and Tom were so accommodating. It was an absolutely amazing week!!

The house is great for a large group! The kitchen table sat all nine of us comfortably. The fish smell from the red tide was unpleasant at times but certainly not unique to this house right now. Check-in was a breeze and the house manager was quick to respond.

On the first day of our vacation we were greeted by the property manager to go over everything about the house and to answer any questions we had which was very helpful. This is a beautiful home that had plenty of room for our 9 guests with areas that were separated enough that everyone didn’t have to be together if they chose not to. The availability of kayaks; paddle boards & bicycles gave us the opportunity to explore the area by water & land at our leisure which was nice. The pool & spa were clean and was the most used amenities used throughout our stay. There was an issue with spa controls not working properly but after contacting property manager they were there to fix the issue within 10 minutes. I would recommend this home to anyone thinking of vacationing at Marco Island.

The owners and property manager were beyond helpful and accommodating. The property is beautiful and looks even better in person - it was everything we wanted and more. The location was great. We truly have no complaints and have already recommended this location to our other friends and family. You won’t be disappointed with this property!

What a great vacation we had!! We spent seven days here as a family of nine. We had more than enough room and no waiting in line for bathrooms. Mike’s place was clean and just perfect for a family or group getaway. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals if you wanted to. My granddaughters were in the pool everyday with no issues. My son went kayaking and had quite the experience with two playful Dolphins swimming and playing close to the kayak, (great video and pictures). In the words of my granddaughters, “this is the best vacation ever!). This was our second time vacationing at Marco Island and it only got better staying here.

From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in paradise and Mike's home was perfect in every way for our family vacation! We had our adult children and 2 grandchildren (ages 3 and 20 months) with us. The house was perfect for all! The safety fence around the pool was huge in my decision to rent this home. There was everything we needed at the house! The paddle boards and kayaks were a highlight for the adults. Sitting under the tiki hut was so relaxing and comfortable. Great for an afternoon nap! Literally, everything you need is there waiting for you. I didn't want to leave! Thank you to Allison and Race! They were so very helpful. They were right on it. No waiting to hear from them. I can't say enough about our entire, amazing experience staying at Waterfront Family Oasis!

The house is in real more beautiful then the photos show! We were happily surprised with the warm welcome. The surroundings are beautiful. We had breakfast with dolphins in the canals. I highly recommend this beautiful house.

What a house, great location, well equipped, and so comfortable, we had the most amazing time staying there, and didn’t want to leave. Special mention also for Allison, the property manager, who was quick to respond and so nice to deal with. We saw a variety of sea creatures while there, dolphin, rays and a manitou. This is one house you will want to go back to.

Our stay at this property was absolutely AMAZING. There was a lot of room for our 2 families (10 people) to enjoy our week on Marco Island. The location was perfect, quite, and close to everything. The kids enjoyed staying in the upstairs rooms, as they felt they had their own little area. We enjoyed the Kayaks, paddle board, fishing, and swimming in the pool. The cabana was perfect for morning coffee and night time cocktails. The house was stocked with everyday items to get you through your fist day or two. The property owner, Mike, was great to work with and the property manager, Allison, was amazing and easy to contact. You will not be disappointed with this house during your vacation!

This property will not disappoint! Property owner was so accommodating. Property manager was equally amazing & went out of her way to make sure everything was ready for us after a long unexpected drive when our flights got canceled! Best part was the fact that EVERYTHING you need to have fun is on property! (I mean EVERYTHING) another perk was that there was dish soap, laundry soap, paper goods, seasonings… even fresh flowers!! Beautiful property!!
