House Rules 

Checking in and out

 
  • Check in time is 4 PM, let us know if an early time is better, we will attempt to accommodate
  • An access code will be provided to enter the front door
  • Soon after your arrival, a property manager will meet you and go through any key points or questions you may have
 
  • Check out time is 10 AM, let us know if a later time is better, we will attempt to accommodate
  • House and associated amenities should be left in the same locations and general condition as it was when you arrived
  • Leave remote control for pool and garage door on kitchen table
  • Please set both thermostats to Cool at 82 degrees
  • Lock all doors
  • Take out all trash and recycling to bins
  • Put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and run dishwasher
  • If possible, please start washing of towels and bed linens
  • Turn off all lights and fans

Trash and Recycling
  • Trash bin is to be brought to the curb Sunday night and returned from the curb after pickup on Monday
  • Trash and Recycling bins are to be brought to the curb Wednesday night and returned from the curb after pickup on Thursday

Rules and Obligations
  • NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE
  • No glass on the pool deck area, including beer and wine bottles
    • For dining on the lanai use the plastic glasses, Corelle plates, bowls and coffee cups
  • Do not move or relocate furniture inside or outside the house, including the grill.
  • Do not Raise or Lower the Hurricane Shutters
  • Do not Raise or Lower the Boat Lifts except when being used for their intended purpose
  • Please keep the dock ladder in the highest position
  • Thermostats (one near kitchen other behind Master bedroom door) are to be set no lower than 62 degrees for cooling and no higher than 82 degrees for heating 
  • Do not run AC or Heat if sliders are opened, this can permanently damage the AC unit and result in a very expensive repair
  • If you have chosen to have the Pool Safety Fence in place for your stay, it must remain up for the entire stay
  • Pool heater - do not set above 87 degrees, Spa heater not over 104
  • No children are allowed to be unattended by the pool, dock or seawall
  • No parties, pets or playing of loud music
  • No noise is allowed to be heard off the property after 9 PM
  • Maximum of 10 overnight guests
  • Parking must be in driveway only.  Overnight street or swale parking will result in a ticket
  • If anything is not working properly or if you break something, please promptly report it so it can be repaired or replaced
  • We have provided some expendable items for your convenience such coffee filters, spices, Tide Pods, etc. If you use something up, please replace it for the next person.
  • Owner’s closets – locked Master bath closet and Second floor linen closet are private do not enter / open
  • The windows in the two upper bedrooms do not open for safety reasons
  • All safety equipment must be utilized when enjoying the amenities, such as: life vests being worn when kayaking or paddleboarding, wearing helmets when biking, etc.
  • Bike locks are provided, use and secure appropriately to prevent theft
  • Required Statement - It is unlawful for sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence
