One of the most amazing aspects of 1883 Calusa are the three distinct sleeping suites.  There is the Master Suite, First Floor Suite and Upstairs Suite.  Each area offers privacy and a dedicated bathroom.   Every bedroom offers a TV.

Master Suite

The Master Suite offers luxury and relaxation.  Three door disappearing slider offers private lanai access and view of the pool and canal. 

The Master Bathroom enjoys a Jacuzzi tub and double shower with teak stool.  There are two sinks, a private toilet room and a large walk-in closet, with plenty of storage and a hotel style safe to secure your valuables.

​First Floor Suite

Just off the kitchen and behind a pocket door you will find a two bedroom and one bath suite.  The suite includes a tropical themed King bedroom with a private access to the lanai and view of the waterway.  The second bedroom in the suite is a large bedroom with a Queen sized bed.  The two bedrooms are complimented by a completely renovated bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower.
